Another good one. One of the better guys from the "glory days" of baseball vs one of the better guys from the recent past.

Duke had the better bat, Beltran was better playing the field and on the bases... Very tough, and very close... But I think it has to go to the duke...

Snider's 53-56 was a pretty remarkable run for a CF (.320/.415/.626, 164 wRC+, 32.2 fWAR) and was quite arguably the best player in baseball over that span (only Mantle ranks ahead of him in fWAR (32.9), though he also had 183 fewer plate appearances.

Beltran does have better longevity (Snider missed a lot of time after his age 30 season, though he was still a good hitter). Went with Duke because of peak, but it's pretty damn close.

Hopefully Beltran will get the HOF support he deserves.
