In what sport? Everything I have found as well says that Boise St is 3-0 all time against Oregon.

They played Idaho, in 1966 at Boise College's(Boise St.) stadium in Boise, in front of a packed crowd of 11,500. A bit like saying you're 1-1 in Lincoln because you played Nebraska Wesleyan back in 1966.
