Musically, the edge again goes to Tool.

Consistency-wise, Tool again.

Hard choice but I went with RATM. One reason is because I can actually play RATM songs on my drums but when it comes to Danny Carey's drumming, way more difficult/impossible for me. At the same time, I enjoy listening to Tool more for the same reasons above.

Also, really wish Tool wouldn't put so many bullshit tracks on their albums that are just annoying.
