Same thing with the decision to sit on it with 32 seconds left. Guy never takes a chance on anything. I'm sure both choices made Manning want to cry.

a qb can do nothing with 32 (or 31) seconds left in a game when hes starting from between his 20 and 30

Is the hate for the Pats mainly because of the hoodie? Brady hate? Combination of the two?

Reminded me of the '76 Grey Cup (Ottawa - Saskatchewan) - Everybody knew Tony was going to get the ball, back in '76, it was Gabriel, yesterday it was Gonzalez.

However many seconds they had was enough to run a couple quick plays and at least take a chance on a long field goal. If you miss a 60+ yarder on the last play of regulation, you lose absolutely nothing.

And for the record, I was actually pulling for Baltimore at that point.

I personally love Brady and am pulling for Patriots from here on out.

I must say Flacco won me over in that game. I didn't think he would be capable of leading a team back but he made every throw he needed to. The Ravens receivers have been pulling catches out of their asses in the playoffs.

Does anybody not like Tony Gonzalez? I'm indifferent to the rest of the Falcons team but that guy is the best TE ever in my opinion (really going out on a limb there).

Can Kaepernick duplicate that performance? Time will tell. I like this final 4, all very deserving teams, no flukes.

For me it's mostly from playing in the same division as them.

For the last 10 years it's been pretty much 14-2 as the best we can possibly hope for (yeah right, I wish!)

Oh, and it's frightening how easily Flacco is able to throw a ball 70 yards. He was practically just flicking his wrist on some of those. His arm is like a giant slingshot.

I hear Kaepernick gets a new tattoo everytime he completes a pass

I wouldn't call them a fluke, but I don't think Atlanta is really a deserving team. By a lot of measurements they had the easiest strength of schedule in the league this year and barely beat some much worse teams.

My prediction (and I'll own up to it if I'm wrong) is that SF exposes them for the extremely weak #1 seed that they are.

I would like to see Brady get another ring, but I won't be upset if Baltimore wins next week. As for the NFC, go Falcons!

I think San Fran wins as well, but 13-3 is still pretty good regardless of the competition. Also, I feel like everyone is on the anti-Falcons bandwagon and I hate going against the "nobody believes in us" team.

I am not a big Flacco fan but he deserves a nice contract. It certainly wasnt all him but winning at least one playoff game in his first five years in the league and three AFC championship appearances is pretty nice. I really do worry about how the team would do if he is the QB for the next 6 years or so, and he can be inconsistent, but with his accomplishments he deserves an extension.

Plus I have been really happy with his playoff performances the last two years.
