Tebow went 4 for 10. He didn't even complete 50% of his passes. He threw the football a total of ten times. That's it. LOL. QBR is the big stat that all the so called experts are pointing too & it's absolutely meaningless.

Not 100% accurate does not render something "absolutely meaningless." You have a hard time seeing the forest. Here are the top 6 passer ratings this season: 1. Aaron Rodgers 2. Peyton Manning 3. RG3 4. Russell Wilson 5. Matt Ryan 6. Tom Brady.

I'd say that's a pretty good indicator because I'm looking at the whole picture. You're trying to invalidate one statistic based upon one anomaly. Not a strong argument.

I would argue, then, that Luck was the most integral to his team's offense and success, but RG3 and Wilson both performed better in a vacuum. Since rookie of the year, to me, is an award for the best performer among rookies, RG3 gets my nod; however, if it was a rookie MVP, Luck would make a very strong case, since I honestly think if you take him away, his team is a cellar dweller, but I don't see that as the case for RG3 or Wilson on their teams. I see them losing more games, maybe missing the playoffs, but I don't think the impact would be as great.

I don't disagree with your overall assessment, but you said slight difference in rushing - RG3 had almost twice as many yards and almost twice as many TDs as Wilson. I think the difference is significant.

One cannot disagree Luck had a great year and was a HUGE impact on his team, but I think a lot of people are ignoring where the Skins would be without RG3 as well. The O-line and receiving core were both in the bottom 3 to start the year. They improved, but again, a lot of that improvement is owed to RG3 making sacks into 15 yard gains.

For a running back, I would call that significant, but I might undervalue rushing from the quarterback position. Having twice as many yards, to me, is not that huge of an advantage for a quarterback. It was, however, significant enough to overcome Wilson overall, even though I think Wilson was the better passer this year.

Not sure how you can say that - they are almost identical. Same # of attempts but RG3 has more completions, more yards, better yards per attempt, etc. Wilson has 30% more TDs, but 100% more picks. And when you include rushing TDs, Wilson had only 3 more scores... in 2 more games. They are identical in the passing game just about.

The yards on the ground count the same whether it's a QB or RB that get them. RG3 turned many busted plays into 1st downs and preserved drives with his legs. That's the difference to me. The Skins went from 288 points last year on offense to 436 this season - a 50% improvement. Seattle went from 321 to 412. Skins went from the 4th worst red zone team to the 4th best red zone team. Seattle went from 22nd to 10th in red zone. Redskins went from 25th rushing attack to #1. Seattle went from 21st to #3. The improvement was very evident for both teams. The Skins improvement is simply more dramatic and given that RG3 had a heavier role and more responsibility than Wilson, he gets even more of the credit for that improvement.

Ryan Fitzpatrick did not throw an int Sunday vs the Jets.

Just thought I'd throw that out there.

Rivers was 12 of 16 for 151 yards & 2 TD's does that mean he had a great day on Sunday? To me all it means is he was efficient. Sorry, but I want more than efficiency from my QB.

In Yesterday's game RG3 was 9 of 18 for 100 yards. He had a rushing TD as well. Romo threw 2 picks in the first quarter & the Cowboys still took a 7-0 lead. Even after Romo threw his 3rd pick of the game on what turned out to be the Cowboys final drive they still could have had a chance to win the game if a Dallas DL hadn't shoved RG3 in the helmet. The Cowboys would have had the ball with about 2:30 left in the game down by 6 points. RG3 is an EFFICIENT QB. He has the tools to be much more. It will be fun to watch him develop, but to me he's not the Offensive Rookie of the year. That award should go to Luck.

So you mean to tell me that fans of the Skins are saying that RGIII should win, while fans of the Colts and Hawks are saying that Luck or Wilson should win?

Mind = Blown

You keep citing individual games and moments, rather than looking at the entire body of work. It's impossible to debate with you because you do not have the understanding or capacity to do so.

Don't forget the delusional Giants fans say David Wilson should win.

Because backflip, that's why.

Over the past 3 Seasons under Gailey, the Bills record against teams with winning records was 1-19. The only win was against the Pats.

Now the Bills will bring in the next Coach that no one wanted and repeat the cycle again. :L

Here are some stats for you. Just a sample of RG3's season.

Week 2: 20/29 206 Yards 1 TD 1 INT
Week 3: 21/34 224 Yards 1 TD 0 INT
Week 4: 26/35 323 Yards 0 TD 0 INT
Week 5: 10/15 91 Yards 0 TD 0 INT he left the game with an injury.
Week 6 17/22 182 Yards 1 TD 1 INT
Week 7 20/28 258 Yards 2 TD 1 INT
Week 8 16/34 177 Yards 1 TD 0 INT
Week 9 23/39 215 Yards 0 TD 0 INT
Week 11 14/15 200 Yards 4 TD 0 INT

Now these statitics show RG3 to be an efficient QB. He doesn't throw for a lot of yards. His TD numbers aren't great, but his interception numbers are low. He had 4 games of over 300 passing yards the entire season. Sorry, but I just think Luck had the better year.

Gailey > Bill Belichick

Fitz > Brady.

Am I doing this right?
