My deep and utmost hatred always has and always will be for the White Sox. I despise that team with every fiber of my being. They are 1A with the Blackhawks.

They aren't as hatable now that Ozzie's gone, but I still hate them nonetheless.

Mine is for the Yankees & Mets for different reasons of course.

I just don't like the Yankees. It's that simple. I hope they're stuck with Afrauds contract until it ends.

I hope the Mets suck until the Wilpons no longer own the team. Their association with Madoff is the reason I feel this way.

I pray for the day they sell the team. GMs, managers, players have all come and gone, ownership is the common denominator in the Mets misery.

They seem to be heading in the right direction now, but I'm almost 100% convinced that's because MLB stepped in and made them hire Alderson, somebody that actually knows what they're doing.

They "should" have more money than every other team in the league minus the Yankees and Red Sox and they do nothing with it.

He hasn't even played 1 full season yet.

Ah yes, that's right. His numbers made him look like he was up all season, but he wasn't.

So the question is between two years and three years before arbitration, then, not one and two.

Isn't there a weird date around the middle of May where if you call up a prospect after that date the arbitration clock doesn't start ticking until the following season? I remember the Rays doing that with Evan Longoria a few years back.

Yes, and I think that's somehow tied into the Super Two status, where the player gets rid of a year of entry-level money for a year of arbitration. The rules on Super Two are so convoluted, though, that I'm not sure anyone actually understands them.

Reyes shouldn't be that surprised. That's been him MO since the late 90's.

Mike Trout might flounder in his sophomore season (allegedly he reported to camp at 240 lbs?!?)

Will Ryan Braun tell the truth this time?

Fuck no. He is in denial. Where there is smoke there is fire. Watch his numbers plummet this year.

That fucker can rot in hell as far as i'm concerned. Looks like such a smug prick.

LOL dash, not quite that bad. Braun is talented but he will be squeaky clean and his stats will most likely suffer.

MLB tweeted a picture of him, Pujols, and Hamilton yesterday...he is THICK. His dad mentioned that he's an eater...six burgers at fastfood joints is his norm. That's fine for a pro athlete, but it WILL catch up to you.

The Mets 2 highest paid outfielders this year are Jason Bay and Bobby Bonilla...
