Many people in Dallas have more dollars than sense. Those rooms were booked long before this.
Making a statement like this now is ridiculous. What if Tyron Smith blows out his ACL in training camp and Dez breaks his leg? It's just a silly thing to say.
.....just heard = Jerry's opening up ~Jerrah-World~ SB/weekend for those that can't make the trip.....!,.......tex just bought his tix/on-line.....!Those rooms were booked long before this.
That's not what I was inferring. I was trying to infer that Dallas fans are wasting $ by booking rooms for the SB.The Cowboys fans aren't fair weather fans.
Of course you'd want your QB saying "we are going to win a SB" - if the QB is Tom Brady! As a Cowboy fan when I heard this the first thing I thought is the national press will have a fun field day with this. It is who they are because Cowboys always equal clicks. As far as what Tony said I honestly have no problem with it . Simply because it is the goal of every team in the NFL to win a Super Bowl.
So to all you guys bagging on Romo what would you want your players to say their goal is ? To just do the best they can ? That's a load of horse manure that any honest fan would not be shoveling as the goal of the team. So Romo said they will win a SB next year good. That's the goal of every player that plays in the NFL to win a SB and for that year be the very best in your sport.
Congrats to all the players that have won. And Good luck to all those still striving to Win the SB.
JMHO
Tony has never been afraid to speak his mind.Tony should have said their gonna get the #1 pick in the 2016 draft.
Come on people, most players on the better team are thinking the same damn thing. Just some are afraid to say it out of fear of being questioned by other fan bases.
My thoughts on this is , you want your QB to think it, but not necessarily to speak it. No big deal though, he'll have to eat his crow if he's wrong and it's not really a big deal.
I just heard a Cowboys fan on the radio predicting not only that Dallas wins it all this year but several in the next five and I just shake my damn head. Bad Karma in Cowboy land. Remember the Eagles of a few years ago, Preseason Super Bowl Champs, for sure. Cowboys the same. Bad Karma. And i wonder how much Coach Callahan meant to their offensive line? One never knows?
They're even talking like Darren McFadden is going to make fans forget about Demarco Murray.

Not at all. Just a stupid thing to say. How about say nothing, remain humble and win games.I agree, I wish he didn't say it, but it's not the worse thing a player has done this off season.
that envy slip is showing again. You're like 95% of the redskin fans....always on your mindNot at all. Just a stupid thing to say. How about say nothing, remain humble and win games.
