Tomatoes in Full Production

A dozen tomatoes on a single plant after about seven weeks. Went for the 8 ouncers. 72 days to maturity. Screw this $2.99/lb crap. A master hoagie maker like me needs a steady inexpensive supply.

My cherry tomato plant has given me a couple of hundred already.

Have 3 more that are a little behind that one, probably another couple of weeks for them.

Hey, my tomato plant went crazy and now has 24 blooming tomatoes hanging from it, ranging in size from a half inch to 2 inches.

I put mine in cages.
The biggest of the 3 has a couple dozen tomato's on it now.


The other 2, not yet.

Cages seem like the best method.

Harvest time. A six-ouncer off the 8 oz. vine and couple of 3s from the 5 oz. plant. These were green a few days ago. The heat did it. Over two dozen in progress.

I think the heat is getting to mine.
They ripen up a lot slower now.

Just a few a day.
