Rock, IMO, it won't go to court. I don't think the Pats want to have any more evidences come up against them. I think that is why Kraft paid the million and had the draft choices taken away, so he and the Pats could put it to bed.

^Brady is 38 and will miss 1/4 of this season...Losing to Pitt,Dallas, and Buf...starting 1-3 not alot to be happy about unless reality isnt sinking in yet.
