Martin and Mickey from LSU both go pro when they could have been part of something potentially special next year.

Just an indication I think of priorities for a lot of these kids. Not that there's anything wrong with it per se, but it ain't their college basketball team and winning.

Yeah neither of those two were surprising but it is crazy how kids really take that guranteed paycheck as quick as possible.

LSU would be really F'ing good with them.

Gives Marquette a better chance vs them though lol. In the same early season tourney.

I thought at least one of Mickey/Martin would stay with all that talent coming in next year they could've been really scary. Mickey did lead the nation in blocked shots so I could see it from his POV, but Martin?? Leaving for the second round after a decent year. Meh.

Chris McCullough will leave Syracuse basketball to enter NBA Draft | syracuse.com

Syracuse basketball forward Chris McCullough will declare for the NBA Draft.
The news was
first reported this morning by RealGM.com.
McCullough and his uncle, Andre, were not immediately available for comment. Andre
McCullough said earlier this week that his nephew was considering entering the NBA Draft. When reached after news of McCullough's departure broke, SU coach Jim Boeheim referred to an upcoming release the university would be issuing.
McCullough, a versatile 6-foot-10 forward, played 16 games at Syracuse before a
torn anterior cruciate ligament finished his freshman year. He averaged 9.3 points on 48 percent shooting in his 28 minutes of playing time. He grabbed 6.9 rebounds per game.

Personally...I think this is a mistake. The kid came in as a one and done, but got injured and just isn't in shape to play. I'm thinking this one goes undrafted.

Brandon Ashley is going pro. Word is RHJ and Stanley are expected to follow. Looks like Zona will lose their four best players going into next season.

Cal said Towns, the twins, Cauley-Stein and Lyle's are all expected to leave. Said Booker and Dakari might follow suit. He said Poythress is gathering info but likely to stay. UK could lose up to 7 guys. No matter how good the recruits that's going go be tough to replace.

Yup. Ashley, Hollis-Jefferson and Johnson are all likely going pro.

Kaleb Tarczewski is returning though according to this AZ site I follow that has inside info and are never wrong. Plus we have two redshirt transfers coming in next year- PF-Ryan Anderson (best player on Boston College 2 years ago) and SG- Kadeem Allen (top rated JUCO transfer last year).

Plus sharp shooters Gabe York, Elliott Pitts and Parker Jackson-Cartwright are all returning at the PG/SG spots so we still do have a formidable group and that's not even mentioning our #2 rated recruiting class coming in.

People saying Stanley Johnson really wants to return another year because he loves the college lifestyle at UA (cough cough girls and celebrity status on campus) but he'd be dumb to not bolt since he's a lock for a top 10 pick.
