1st workout of Tapout was just not ready for, I graded myself a 60 for a couple reasons.
I put in a good effort, however- there was one exercise I simply wasn't coordinated enough to do at this moment. I didn't get in as many reps as I should have because I simply had no power left in my shoulders. I pushed through that- put probably quit on myself once or twice.

Overall I puked twice- once during the workout, once in the shower afterwards- it was a bitch to wash my hair in the shower cuz I simply couldn't get my arms up, my legs and shoulders are still burning/hurting a hour and a half later. I was short of breath just after the 5 minute warmup. I even had difficulty doing the cooldown at the end. 15 minutes in I was as soaked in sweat as I've been since summer basketball leagues in high school. And after showering it took me all of about 3 minutes to fall asleep on the couch!!


After that first workout- I know the program will work for me, because even though I had difficulty completing some exercises as soon as they went to strike exercises it pepped up my attitude and I was enjoying the exercise even though I was hurting.

This is gonna be a long hard journey, especially these first ten or so days- but I know this will work.

Condensed version of my workout today.. the actual workout is 45 minutes long with a 5 minute warm up and 3 minute cool down..
