Eh, not feeling that. I need something that doesn't require my brain doing anything other than minimal audiovisual processing.

Rugrats it is.

Ah man, Rugrats. Good stuff.

Tommy was the best 90s cartoon leader. Hands down.

I'm also thinking I'm going to need to watch Despicable Me again soon...

I still think Rugrats is pretty much the best cartoon of the day. I liked Hey Arnold and all, but nothing really compares to Rugrats.

And My Name Is Earl kinda freaks me out a little...it's just weird...

Captain Planet.

Well, if you're bringing Captain Planet into the discussion, I would like to counter with Mz. Frizzle. She would have been the best teacher ever.

Hey Arnold was my favorite cartoon of the time, mostly because of Arnold's grandparents, but Tommy was a better leader than old Football Head.

And in retrospect, Helga should probably be in jail for stalking...

This also reminds me that I need to send my Invictus DVD back to Netflix tomorrow so that disc one of season one of Pete and Pete can get here on Saturday.

Oh man I LOVED Ms. Frizzle! I wanted to have a teacher like her so much when I was a kid!

Arnold's grandparents are crazy! Remember when the grandma chained herself to some theatre so it wouldn't be knocked down?

Not to mention Dino Spumoni had so many tracks he's practically a legit artist! They don't put that kind of effort into cartoons anymore - hell they don't put that much effort into a lot of tv shows in general anymore.

Netflix first got me hooked on Battlestar Galactica, then I finished that in two weeks and got hooked on Firefly, which I finished in a week, then I got hooked on Doctor Who, which took about a month, and then Psych, which took two more weeks.

I'm thinking Breaking Bad might be next...

Dino Spimoni was great. So was Mickey Kaline. I loved Mickey Kaline.

And, yes, the episode where his grandma chained herself to the theater was awesome, especially with the guy who was demolishing it living in the boarding house.

But she was at her best when she espionaged her way into the subway to fix the train when rats ate through the cords. Awesome.

I grew up on the smurfs, voltron and fraggle rock

Dude, Voltron was awesome.
