Quite a turn around by this team in not the best of ways.

First 15 games:
- 13-2
- 117 runs scored (7.8 per game)
- 75 runs allowed (5 per game)

Last 23 games:

- 6-17
- 94 runs scored (4.1 runs per game)
- 131 runs allowed (5.7 runs per game)

Sometimes even Servais can't figure out how to f up a game. Doesn't happen very often but once in a while the team says F you Scott, were gonna win this one in spite of your dumb A leadership. :heh:

Well.. that’s one way to do it. Beat the crap out of the other team into submission so your manager doesn’t have the chance to blow it like they did the first 2 weeks of the season.

God I was so mad last night in that 5-4 loss to the yankees how in the hell are you up 2 in the 9th and you put in a guy to close the game that has been giving up walks and points everytime he pitches this season?

he should have put him in today when we were up big so even if he gave up 3-4 runs it wouldnt matter

I could not agree more.....but the problem is that would make too much sense for something like that for Servais do. I know he wants Schwartz (sp) to get some experience under his belt but the kind of experiences he's putting him into is doing nothing but ruining the guys confidence. He's setting Schwartz up to fail in soooooo many ways. Exactly what a manager should be doing to build self confidence for a pitcher...….….NOT!!

All I know is I hate East Coast trips. I can’t watch any of the games and only see no scores so can’t comment on anything. What was up with Kikuchi and his pine tar fastball?

Enjoy your stay in the Sub-.500 Club, fellas.

You're going to be there for a LONG time.

What he was doing was quite obvious but he didn't get in trouble with MLB. I read a really great article about how he's extremely dedicated to improving, there could be the possibility he might not have known it was against the rules or didn't realize he needs to be more subtle next time.

Apparently it's one of baseball's worse kept secrets that pitchers use pine tar.

Not cheating if you don't get caught.

^ Servais saying that shows he's not a straight shooter.

It's the DiPoto-Servais show and a sh*t show at that.

Yankees want it investigated but they want to keep it in house.

Well ya it’s “cheating” but putting stuff on the ball has been apart of the since long before I was alive. In any other sport Gaylord Perry would be the one out of the HOF and Pete Rose in. I was just wondering if it was that obvious as they were talking about on the radio. I don’t really care because pre game the balls get doctored up by ball boys/girls for better grip.

When you lay down the law...everyone is on the same page.. after..

.that is all patten was doing....and it worked...even though he was ...critisized for it
Either way it worked..and created.a smoke
Screan and confusion..for the opposition

We have seen how good..the mariner,s can be
And how bad as well
I would try beckham at 1b at this point..cuz...i just would..and crawford and long are up anyway

..if he can't handle
The hot corner...ok then put him at 1b.
Works for me

And that is what this season is about anyway
So..give him a try at 1b.....lololol

And 1b guys..have to pay a bit more attention
Than shortstops...but do not get as many balls hit there way
They play catch a lot sometimes...lolol

I think patton...and lew penella...had the same idea...use confusion as a tool

So the antics of lew...like kiking the bases
Throwing the bases...and buying time...lol

And ahhh..getting lololol thrown out of the game..
