The Heisman Memorial Trophy annually recognizes the outstanding college football player whose performance best exhibits the pursuit of excellence with integrity. Winners epitomize great ability combined with diligence, perseverance, and hard work.

I think Winston will not be charged. There is really no reason for a press conf. unless you make an arrest and charge him or if you are going to explain why you are not. But since he is still free I would think no charges.

Arrests of high profile folks are often negotiated so they can turn themselves in without the dreaded 'perp walk' and it is not unusual for the prosecutor to have a press conference in a case with this type of notoriety.

That said, I don't think this case is going to result in charges. My guess is his witnesses have convinced the prosecutor that whatever went on was consensual.

The explanation of why the girl immediately called the cops and went to the hospital for examination will be interesting.

My guess is we will eventually find out everything in a civil trial.
