Dumb post on to many levels.

1. Create and eye catching title hoping someone pays attention to you.

2. Claiming Duke as the newest Americas team. No one cares about Duke football least of FSU who will decimate Duke.

3. Duke Lawyers are no threat to anyone.

So dumb you felt the need to respond to it. Kill yourself.

if Jameis Winston gets charged, who wins the heisman?

has mariota actually worked his way back into the race? would it be jordan lynch?

the very fact mccarron was even a candidate was a joke because he probably isn't one of the 3 best players on his own team and might only be the 3rd best QB in the SEC.

equally as silly is the fact that if his kicker hits a 57 yarder, he becomes the frontrunner but because he misses it and his lineman don't tackle, he is virtually eliminated from contention.

oh... the heisman...

Doesn't really seem like there's a clear choice. Maybe the BC running back now or some guys they previously wrote off start getting the ESPN hype again. This would be a good year for a defensive candidate to make a run at it, but there aren't any really high profile defensive players with eye popping stats. Who's the closest? Trent Murphy? But he didn't even get Pac 12 DPOY.

Nick Marshall maybe?

Okay, Auburn is having a great season, but Nick Marshall has thrown for like 1500 fucking yards. He's a quarterback that doesn't pass well.

They just have to start looking at players from teams that aren't in the national title picture.

the BC running back would be in great shape except that he went for under 30 yards and got hurt in the game on Saturday. ka'deem carey has rushed for over 100 yards in every game he played in, but they got waxed by arizona state which counts against him for some reason. braxton miller and carlos hyde might be up there, but they both missed a decent amount of the season for varying reasons.

Hopefully Johnny still gets an invite I mean he's played well until his last two games when he's been banged up hard.

If he has a great game against Bowling Green, I'd have to vote for Jordan Lynch.

Everyone else in the discussion is in it simply because their teams are media darlings which means he won't win.

Carlos Hyde.

No but seriously it's a toss-up. I have no idea. I think Winston should win it anyway :laugh3:

maybe he should. cam newton stole a laptop and won it. maurice claret got an invite didn't he? most of the candidates probably aren't choir boys. most probably aren't rapists either... but we shall see.

it will be a shame if he ends up getting charged after the heisman is over or after the final BCS comes out. really would jack up the whole season imo.

I would say Jordan Lynch. On another note, afa defensive players go, Justin Gilbert DB from Oklahoma State. He is top 3 in the nation in ints; He has 3 DST touchdowns; He just shut down both Texas and Baylor in consecutive weeks.
