What I did to lose some weight is just be a lot more careful on what I eat. I tried to eat more vegtables and fruits and one of biggest things I did was just cut down the amount I ate. I sitll ate most normal things but ate a lot less than I had before. I was also doing a couple miles on treadmill at least 5 days a week. Helped me lose 15-20 pounds in less than 2 months.
I mean hell sirs.....
I honestly was drinking about 5 20 oz cokes a day, large coke at lunch(fast food), and then usually 2 cans at night with my whiskey...
That's like 2000 calories in coke a day...
Cutting out tator chips is huge.........mayo, butter, pop.........things sech as this.....
I didn't add alcohol in there because I think having a couple drinks at night while relaxin' from exercising is great........
Except that alcohol diminishes protein syntheses which stops muscle growth by preventing the repair of damaged muscles... Thus negating all your hard work
That right there is a LOT in just pop. Just the sugar alone that you are consuming in that is REALLY bad for you
Just guesstimated what I ate last week- came in at around 8500 or so a day.
So far today... 1120
Yep.........the calories are just the minor part of it..........
It's the high-fructose corn syrup (sugar on steroids) that is the worst part.............that shit is just like swallowing fat that attaches right to your body as soon as you take it in.
That is fuggin ridiculous............
Don't make yourself sick sir! I'd aim for at least 2,000 if your body is used to taking in THAT much per day

Seriously though..........you wanna burn fat???
Go to the store and buy one of them big bags of chicken breasts..............eat a couple of those with your favorite vegetables..............don't cook either of them in oil or anything of that form......
Do it for about a month and then try to tell me you didn't burn a shit ton of fat...........I guarantee it works.
