I prob get around 2000-2500 a day.

Cutting out tator chips is huge.........mayo, butter, pop.........things sech as this.....

I didn't add alcohol in there because I think having a couple drinks at night while relaxin' from exercising is great........

What I did to lose some weight is just be a lot more careful on what I eat. I tried to eat more vegtables and fruits and one of biggest things I did was just cut down the amount I ate. I sitll ate most normal things but ate a lot less than I had before. I was also doing a couple miles on treadmill at least 5 days a week. Helped me lose 15-20 pounds in less than 2 months.

Also avoiding the things that are really bad for you to just once a week or like if you want chips or ice cream just have a few chips or a little ice cream, Enought to get the good flavor or salt you crave but not as many of the calories

I mean hell sirs.....

I honestly was drinking about 5 20 oz cokes a day, large coke at lunch(fast food), and then usually 2 cans at night with my whiskey...

That's like 2000 calories in coke a day...

That right there is a LOT in just pop. Just the sugar alone that you are consuming in that is REALLY bad for you

Except that alcohol diminishes protein syntheses which stops muscle growth by preventing the repair of damaged muscles... Thus negating all your hard work :(

Just guesstimated what I ate last week- came in at around 8500 or so a day.

So far today... 1120

That is fuggin ridiculous............

Don't make yourself sick sir! I'd aim for at least 2,000 if your body is used to taking in THAT much per day

yeah basically the only time i drink pop is with alcohol. otherwise i would rather have water or gatorade or something (yes i know gatorade has tons of sugar, but its better than pop)

Yeah 2000-2500 is a good goal.

If you can... space your meals out. When you eat big meals you end up storing fat.

5-6 smaller meals>>>3 big meals.

Go to the store and buy one of them big bags of chicken breasts..............eat a couple of those with your favorite vegetables..............don't cook either of them in oil or anything of that form......

Do it for about a month and then try to tell me you didn't burn a shit ton of fat...........I guarantee it works.

Yep it's tried and true. There are lots of other meals you could substitute... but most people can't cook them and it gets expensive and confusing for them.

Salmon is great too.
