When I was 15 yo Freshman, I got a 27 on my act..

When I was 18 yo Senior, I got a 13 on my act..

I mean- I know ye need to watch your calories and fat grams en sech- I just don't know what good numbers are.... or what else to look for.

It's based on how much you weigh, you body fat %, and your activity level.

Well...... I don't know how accurate that number is, it's coming from my bathroom scale....

But I just calculated my BMI and it's 38.8..

Just started joggin this morning- 3/4 mile

I start tapout xt as soon as it shows up......

The best way I think to do things is keep track of what you normally eat for about a week to see how many calories you take in per day. Once you have a number, subtract 500 and try to not go over that many calories per day.

That will help you lose a pound per week, and shouldn't cause you to be hungry.

I mean, a tablespoon of mayo is 100 calories. So if you use a lot of condiments just cutting them out will help.

I always thought my body is different though. I mean I have a hella gut, but the rest of my body really doesn't seem that bad..

Sometimes I wish I was overweight.........

I think it would be fun to know you can work hard and lose a shit ton of weight.............it be life changing en sech......

I'm 180 lbs and with my frame, I aint going to get any smaller than that........hoping to actually put on 15 lbs of muscle or so

Hmm.....

While I'm sitting here tonight, I'm gonna back track what I ate last week- approximate anyway. I know it's gonna be a hella high number.


I'm guessing I didn't get near enough today though..

I get a lot of calories that way..........


What I did to lose some weight is just be a lot more careful on what I eat. I tried to eat more vegtables and fruits and one of biggest things I did was just cut down the amount I ate. I sitll ate most normal things but ate a lot less than I had before. I was also doing a couple miles on treadmill at least 5 days a week. Helped me lose 15-20 pounds in less than 2 months.
