I mean- I know ye need to watch your calories and fat grams en sech- I just don't know what good numbers are.... or what else to look for.
It's based on how much you weigh, you body fat %, and your activity level.

Well...... I don't know how accurate that number is, it's coming from my bathroom scale....
But I just calculated my BMI and it's 38.8..

The best way I think to do things is keep track of what you normally eat for about a week to see how many calories you take in per day. Once you have a number, subtract 500 and try to not go over that many calories per day.
That will help you lose a pound per week, and shouldn't cause you to be hungry.
I mean, a tablespoon of mayo is 100 calories. So if you use a lot of condiments just cutting them out will help.
