It's not so much about quantity chuck. It's the form of delivery and how you space out your meals.
If you want to get bigger you need several smaller meals throughout the day (5-7) high in protein and complex carbs.
Not 3 big ass meals of fatty crap.
Garbage in garbage out.

i know that, but im just talking about in a post workout protein powder. aint no reason for me to take a protein powder that has 50grams of protein per serving if i can only use 30 grams of it...
