Depends on the device....

I have a first run Nook Color tablet that is hacked and I can do screen captures with it and it doesn't even have a camera........not sure though if that is simply from being hacked or was always there....you have to press like two unrelated keys at the same time.....

no its a fact, if you consume to much protein...it gets removed from the body...so im just trying to figure out how i know if im taking to much or to little...

but only certain types of protein are stored as fat. whey, for example, is a fast acting protein and thats why people take it immediately after a workout. fast acting proteins, if not used, get removed from the body. slower-acting proteins get stored as fat

I use a standard formula on whey of 1g per lb of body weight, I take it in the morning and immediately after a workout with some good quality carbs

If you want to get bigger you need several smaller meals throughout the day (5-7) high in protein and complex carbs.

Not 3 big ass meals of fatty crap.

It's not so much about quantity chuck. It's the form of delivery and how you space out your meals.

If you want to get bigger you need several smaller meals throughout the day (5-7) high in protein and complex carbs.

Not 3 big ass meals of fatty crap.

i know that, but im just talking about in a post workout protein powder. aint no reason for me to take a protein powder that has 50grams of protein per serving if i can only use 30 grams of it...

No doubt. But that's called loading, and it works if you are doing legit training. Like if you're doing circuits etc.

I used to do it with creatine.

I only have 3 left.....well 2 and a half now......I thought I should of had about a 12 pack left.......:L

Plus I make stupid plorsts when I drink that much......ok, well even stupider then usual....:)
