This guy is seriously twice the person and coach Raymond is. He talks like he's cut from the same cloth as pelini, papuchis etc. A true leader and teacher. Very well spoken and articulate.

I think having the right secondary coach is essential for this team. IMO it goes HC, DC, OC, Secondary coach.
He's a helluva recruiter too. I just feel really good about this hire.

I think we got somebody the kids will look up to and be willing to listen to. With the decline we saw last year I don't think that was there.
He's also supposed to be a hell of a recruiter too. We'll see how that unfolds but we damn sure need everything we can get there too.
