My grandma is about to pass on. Doctors giving her 48 hours. She at her home where she wants to be.

This is my last grandparent to pass. Very close to her.
Lost my dad mom 30 years ago. Still very hard for me to go to her gravesite.

But in all she will be in a better place. A angel watching over me and my family.
