Had Ted's Montana the night before for a celebration dinner. LOL. Should probably do something ethnic to balance all that 'merkan food out.

I baked a bunch of chicken breasts yesterday, so today I chopped one up and made a chicken alfredo w/ bow-tie noodles, topped w/ fresh grated parmesan.
