Ham and beans with corn muffins. Lots of left overs. I really need to learn how to cook for just the two of us now. First time in about 30 years me and the Misses have been just me and the misses.

I'm trying to learn to cook less but if there are leftovers we eat them for lunch or have them for dinner more then one night Or I'm trying to get in the habit of freezing !

If she knows what's best for her, she'll find a Clemson gentleman. My family is strange. It's like a lot of the women are USCe fans and they marry Clemson fans. There are seriously a bunch of us.

I do a lot of freezing when I make soups or casseroles.

For soups I'll freeze them in tupperware first and transfer them to food saver bags for the freezer.

I can pretty much pull some kind of home cooked meal out of the freezer at any time.

That rack turned out to be one of the best I have ever done. They were freaking unbelievable. I seriously surprised myself. I'm doing them again on gameday next Saturday!!!!!
