Just got 3 large chicken breasts soaking in some buttermilk for tomorrow.

Not sure what to do for tonight. Leaning toward a marinara spaghetti.

Made country style ribs, roasted smashed red potatoes and fresh green beans in a garlic brown sugar sauce.

The ribs were made in the oven, 250 degrees for 5 hours. Put sauteed onion and garlic on the potatoes and then cheddar cheese the last few minutes.

Potatoes and beans were new ideas.

Got to say it was very good.
