Yep, OK .... I read it, but links are so impersonal. I was looking for something more descriptive about the taste, texture, what it might compliment from someone who enjoys it.

Yep, OK .... I read it, but links are so impersonal. I was looking for something more descriptive about the taste, texture, what it might compliment from someone who enjoys it.

It's a very sweet, light taste, but the texture is thick and not exactly creamy, but it is smooth. In wine speak it'd be "subtly fruity". Only problem is you can't eat the seeds (they're poisonous) so it's a lot of little mouthfuls and spitting seeds.
