The only bummer of that being how vastly superior he is in CF compared to Acuña.

Acuna isn't a centerfielder. We'd have to deal with it this year, but hopefully starting next season, either Waters or Pache will be in center.

I’m pretty ashamed to admit this, but I’m sold....time for the DH to be permanent in the Senior Circuit. I’m as much of a baseball purist as anyone I know, but the baseball I’ve seen so far in 2020 has changed my mind. No more anguishing watching pitchers bat with RISP.
100% agree

I bet we see an OF of Waters, Pache and Acuna next season. Maybe not starting out, but at some point next season

Fair enough. Ozuna catches the ball, Soroka doesn't get hurt. There.

And you can blame Folty for shitting the bed in game 5.

Nobody was catching the ball, just don't let it get by you like that.

Folty is a big reason it got to game 5 after Snit blew game one and Freddie blew game 4. Game 2 was the best postseason performance we've had out of a starter since John Smoltz.

If Acuna is in left, that would be the best defensive outfield maybe ever.

But I'm just assuming Markakis is gonna be here until he retires.

But this is the best 3 innings Touki has pitched in his life, and that includes 2018 when I thought he was a future ace.

FFF is just as much at fault for that 1st inning. Field the fucking double play ball & get in the dugout with minimal damage.

Pretty sure he's not a Braves fan

Are you clueless?!

Rodney is just a dipshit

I’ll not take that type of abuse from a faggot like you.

Oops didn't mean catch it, been a long ass day.

Folty never should have started game 5. Soroka should have, you don't start the head case in an elimination game no matter how well he pitched the last game. Go with the guy who was dependable all year

I'm fine with that, we might see more of a platoon though if Markakis is here next year.

I’m fine keeping Markakis as the 4th outfielder. Doubt he’d be up for that role, though.

Pearson looks like he's about to pass out from heat stroke

Folty was rolling before Game 5. There was no way of knowing what was gonna happen. Soroka should have been the Game 1 starter. Had he started game 1, maybe he pitches good enough to save Snit from himself and his love of Luke Jackson. With Luke, I can't even get mad at him anymore, it's not his fault Snit has a strange love for him.

He might be, take on the mentor role given he's old and all. Have a farewell season for Markakis

Folty was great for about a month or 2. Soroka was steady and dependable all season.

Luke can pitch well in situations. But Snit doesn't know what the situations are.

I think the guy wants to play into his 40s & pursue 3000 hits. It’s my belief this is one of the reasons he opted in.
