I see an 9-6 as a BEST case scenario for Wisco. Not going dancing this year, especially with 0 good nonconference wins

The issue isn't the lack of OOC wins. Even with Syracuse and VCU being down, those are fine wins for a bubblicious team. The issue is the two terrible losses (to WIU and Milwaukee). Those two are resume killers.

And I don't think this team is very good, but we are still just outside the top 50 in KenPom, and outside of getting clobbered by Oklahoma, they have been competitive. If this team could make a shot, they'd be sensational. They are 14-1-1 in rebounding margin (only loss to Purdue).

The rest of their game isn't bad but they just can't make a shot to save their lives. That's the most frustrating part of this team.

Lol. I was reading your post earlier about needing a scorer and man I kind of felt bad for a secobd. I mean of every guy in the league Uthoff would probably turn around Wisconsins season more than any of them. Just a flat out scorer and so great on D.

Of course Nigel makes the three at the buzzer. We finish 4-16 on 3s, with 3-13 from Nigel Hayes and lose by one. This team needs to make a fucking shot. I love Showalter's drive, but it's time to get a guard who can provide points in the game via the jump shot.

Five more losses and we are sweating on the bubble. Six more and we are done. Does anybody see this team going 10-5 the rest of the way because I sure as hell don't. We had to win that one.

Wisconsin is 9-7 overall. If they win the games they are supposed to and lose the games they are supposed to, Wisconsin won't even make the NIT.

The one thing that does make me neevous is Crean leaving the starters in so long, we're up by 30 with 2 minutes left, the starters should have been pulled 3 minutes ago.

Indiana will be able to put up a gaudy conference record. They only get MSU, Purdue, Maryland and Michigan once. They will be an interesting case for the committee. IU played an atrocious Non Conf. SOS and has about as easy of a conference schedule that I can remember. They might not even have a top 100 SOS when it's all said and done. They haven't beaten a sure fire NCAA Tournament team(and probably have only played one so far) and won't play one until Feb. 11th(Iowa). Pretty amazing when you think about it.

Wasn't able to watch the game, and apparently I didn't miss much. Winning streaks always have to come to and end sometime or other, but when OSU losses a game, they don't just lose.. they get embarrassed!

Generally id agree I legitimately don't think there's a wide difference between MSU and Iowa but Iowa is so bad in EL traditionally 12 may be about 15 pts too low lol
