JFF won't have video game numbers this year. Offense will be better. Deeper backfield. Fewer designed QB runs. Less need to scramble and improvise. Manziel will be better in the pocket. Get this kid on the bench by the 4th Quarter and let Matt Davis start getting some reps.

Added my bold. As you can see he only played in the 4th quarter in two of those games. One was needed, the other was against Arkansas for one series.

You know how many drives AJ stayed in for total when we played our FCS team?

1 qtr, and 6 minutes of the 2nd quarter. He threw a total of 6 passes the entire game.

If you don't think scoring 5 and 6 TD's against FCS teams is allowing your QB to run up the score, then

Agreed. Aggy has an extremely weak schedule this year. Gotta have Bama and LSU beat them b/c they play nobody outside those two.

Really though, JF didn't receive major hype until Aggy beat Bama. I firmly believe JF doesn't even receive an invite to NY if Bama beats Aggy.

That's what I've always thought. I think JFF won it that game, and AJ lost it.

That's a pretty high bar not sure he can screw up that bad. Best quess is that he parties doesn't take things all that serious and it comes back to bite him. At some point Sumlin gets through to him but he is going to have to stumble first.
