I package reg velvetta
1 lb hot italian sausage
1 lb ground beef(prepped with favorite taco seasoning)
16oz favorite salsa
1 onion (red is better)
some jalapeños
red, green, orange pepper- diced

and whatever else sounds good at the moment........
