I agree.....if cosgrove was fired - Billy C would still be running things here. Although, I really don't think he wanted the job.

yes, I think Billy cowher would be great as OC, but I am not sure he would take the job.

A lot of it is basic fundamentals and discipline.

It's the guy at the top's responsibility to ensure everyone is executing...

In my mind Watson was on probation last season. It should have improved, instead it was a repeat of 2009..
