Nahh, that's not fair for me to say, you two sound great together and looks are only the catalyst to get things rolling... then as you grow older, lust leaves and it is replaced with honest to goodness old fashion love and care.

Wow, I sound like a blue hair... I guess I am getting closer to that point though...

I am 282..but I'm fat.

1217, take it slow do it right when working out and getting back to where you want to. Fast sounds great, but normally does not last and it can be unhealthy for you too!

I am just a big person anyway, so when I was 345 it did not look like I was what you call Fat. I have always worked out since my playing days, but I made my mind up a few years back to get into better shape than I was when I played. This is what I have done and I will not let myself slack off of it.

My fear is have you seen these photos of Arnold Schwarzenegger since he let himself go. I guess he is back training for his new movie, but man... that is just gross...

I do not want my muscle mass to look like this when I get his age. So in my future program, I will slowly reduce my bulk building to more of the track style of training. This way when I lose my bulk, it will not look like hanging jelly.

Anyway, that is the tip of the day... do it slow, do it right.... and it will stay that way.

well the way i figure is.....21 weeks until kickoff @ 2 lbs a week = 42lbs. i will lose around 7lbs the 1st week just for changing what I eat and excercising...so lets say 230,which will be 50 lbs.
