By the way, when I said 180lbs the other night, I was referring to JJM as I think that is what he said he weighed somewhere on another thread. Shit, I can't remember when I weighed under 270 let alone just under 200. I am stuck at 290 with no way to reduce it any more. My body fat is as low as my system can tolerate and still live a relatively normal life. Dobson is a knowledgeable strength coach (great for our student athletes) but after you get to a certain point, he can't do much more for you. Epley really knew his shit...
