4-star WR/CB TJ Sheffield out of Tennessee has committed to Purdue.

Head Coach Jeff Brohm + the brand new football facilities at Purdue = good recruiting results for the Boilermakers. So far the Purdue 2019 class boasts four 4-stars plus three high 3-stars (.8600 or higher composite). Already 21 commits in this class at this time for the Boilermakers.

Gotta be a back story behind this one...ala Ed Oliver. Coach is going to UH, relative already on the team, has to stay near home for family reasons, etc. (Except driving across town from Sugarland to Cougar High is a royal pain in the ass IMO.)

Last year was the first time I was happy with the direction of the program in a long time. I don't hate Mark Richt, but he was a big time underachiever.

With the talent in the state of Georgia and the only other P5 team in state running a triple option, there's no reason we shouldn't have been getting at minimum a top 5 class every year.

I'm greedy, and hoping this Urban Meyer situation can help our cause.
