If they hadn't chased the ball so hard at the end of regulation then Virginia would have had to chuck a prayer, but easier said than done.

Trivia No One Asked For...

After Duke won the National Championship in 2010, the ACC suffered a Final 4 dry spell of 4 consecutive years. Among those years, 2013 which saw a pair of Big East teams make the field before ultimately joining the ACC. Since 2016, the Atlantic Coast hasn't missed consecutive Final 4's.
