Really? Dude runs a 4.8.....why did Sumlin even offer??? No way he can cover any decent WRs......looking at the latest A&M commits you have to wonder why they're offering kids nobody else wants.

Dude you have a ton of commits from low 3 star players that NOBODY wants for a reason.....Chavis isn't some recruiting and coaching gawd. He's worked with nothing but 5 star talent before A&M......and he's not getting that talent right now. These are kids you take at the end of the recruiting process, not the beginning.

If Chavis wants a DB that runs a 4.8, you have to ask if he's lost his mind. Or plans to play him elsewhere. Either way......this kid isn't a take until you have to, nobody is competing for his services so you don't take up a scholly until MUCH later in the process.

What this screams is desperation.

You aggys REALLY need to stop deifying every coach you get - they're all human and just because they "want" a kid doesn't make him any good. This is how you set yourselves up for the inevitable disappointment every year......you just take whatever they give you, you don't QUESTION the sanity of anything until it's too late.

No it's not the guy missed most of his junior year with injuries so some of the bugger schools backed off of him. He was the district 22- 5 A co- newcomer of the year when he was a sophmore.

Not buying it. You guys should be going after the ex Baylor commit at TE, Kedrick James.....#8 TE nationally and I've heard he likes A&M. Not stockpiling guys with no real offers, especially this early.
