Vols Capture Three NCAA Stat Crowns

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. -- Tennessee has claimed three NCAA statistical championships for the 2015 season. All-American Evan Berry won the kickoff return average title with 38.3 return average. All-American Cameron Sutton collected the punt return average crown with an 18.7 mark. As a team, the Vols had the nation's top kickoff return average at 33.41, a new all-time NCAA single-season record.

Vols WR Marquez North not enrolled in classes at UT for spring semester

After a season in which he caught just six passes, once-heralded Tennessee wide receiver Marquez North appears to be leaving the program.
North is not enrolled in classes at UT for the spring semester, the Tennessee registrar’s office and athletic department spokesman Ryan Robinson confirmed to the News Sentinel on Friday morning.
North, who just finished his junior season, could transfer or he could declare early entry into the NFL draft. Robinson said the program doesn’t know his plans. An NFL media relations spokesman said the league will not confirm the names of any underclass entrants in the draft before releasing a full list next week.
