It woudl be kinda fun if the Heat somehow got Aldridge and Arison reversed course and decided to spend deep into the tax out of spite for Dan Gilbert and then those teams met....would be kinda fun right?

Riley's a bit of a closer. If Aldridge is willing to meet with him, he must be interested and for Riley to make the trip to L.A., he must think the Heat can fit him in under the cap. Riley getting a meeting definitely makes things interesting.

This is probably the best way to go. I think Bosh and Aldridge would be redundant.

A full healthy year of Bosh, Whiteside, Wade, Dragic and Deng, plus Winslow off the bench could easily make a deep playoff run. I think solidifying a bench would be the way to go.

No kidding. Pretty much everything went your way. Deng opts in. Wade and Dragic re-signed. Struck gold with Winslow. Need a bench to compete, but everything looking up so far for the Heat.

Aldridge lives somewhere in the OC during the summer. Likely in the Newport Beach area. I doubt he lives in like Anaslime or Garbage Grove. Kobe should have told him that he can share rides to practice and games in his helicopter instead of crawling along on the 405!

I'm not sold on including Whiteside in any LA package.
As we stand right now, we can find out how close or how far we are away from where we need to be, plus we are in prime position to make the pitch for Durant or whoever next year.

Agree with solid bench, but depth I think will be a key. Bosh had his condition last year. McRoberts was out all year. Wade was relatively healthy, but he usually goes through ups and downs. Deng too.

Winslow was a nice pick up but he's still a rookie and will have ups and downs too I would imagine. Another 2 guard and another backup big I think is a must for the Heat.
