I actually think overall they do a really great job, but that was a bad call and I don't know how you annouce it and then "pick it up." That makes no sense.

It's not just the one phantom flag - the two concussed Steelers coming back last night and the whole concussion issues, the tweaking of the rules to all offense, the Ray Rice and Adrian Peterson situations and the worst commish of all time running the show.

You can call it great theatre and the ratings don't lie and the NFL is king, but it's on the downward slope from what I can see.

I'm pretty confident this was fake (dude made all the tweets, after the season ended just went and deleted the wrong predictions (reasons the ties were missing), but still...if this dude's SuperBowl prediction is right too? Hah.

Chris Christie being there is just disturbing too. Not the whole "go take care of NJ you bum!" thing (politicians are allowed to have days off), but the fact that it seems wholly motivated to get into Jerry's money. What a jerkoff.

Here's where I jump to the Cowboys defense. The Lions had plenty of chances to take control of the game and didn't. That reversed called wasn't the final play of the game. There was still plenty of time to compensate for it and they didn't. It's not like the bad calls all went against Detroit. I could list the phantom/missed calls that went against the Cowboys but it's a moot point. Detroit could have closed them out, didn't and as a result they lost.

Also, not that it matters or is really relevant, but the initial PI call that the flag was reversed on should not be a penalty. The whole, didn't turn around and see the ball is a BS, help out the offense call. If a guy makes a play and doesn't actually interfere and make contact with the receiver then who cares where he is looking? It's illogical and stupid.
