TD Seahawks!! Beast mode engaged.
Seahawks have been given 10 points today with the incompetent bush league garbage officiating that is headed by Bill Vinovich
I take it you didn't like that PI call?
The whole reffing crew was garbage all game
Yes, the fact that the Seahawks had the ball for 2/3rds of the game had nothing to do with the final outcome.
There were some huge calls/non-calls that made a huge difference in that game - there have been games where the Eagles have had way less TOP than the other team and have won - it was a bad sign going into the game that the Seahawks were 5-1 with Bill Vinovich and the Eagles were 1-4 with him
Eagles offense didn't help matters either by helping the defense get a bit of a break - defense was great in this game and the offense sputtered
But the reffing was AWFUL in this game - worst I've seen this season
This pick-6 was called back last night due to a helmet-to-helmet hit - Where was the Chargers player wearing his helmet, on his shoulder?

You obviously weren't watching Bills/Broncos then.
I'll start off by saying I am not blaming that Bills loss on the officials. The Bills offense was (again) too anemic to win against a good team like Denver.
That said, the officiating was atrocious. As I said in an earlier post, there were two penalties on third down incompletions that kept Denver drives alive leading to touchdowns (even the announcers thought both were bad calls).
There were two separate personal fouls on the Bills that they didn't show replays of. Whether that's due to poor coverage by CBS or the fact that they were phantom calls I can't say for sure. However, in post game remarks the Bills front office said they were asking the league for clarification on what the call was on one of them because they couldn't figure it out from all of their replays. Not disagreeing with the merits of a call, they literally couldn't figure out what was even called.
Then there's the video of the two refs fist bumping after Denver scored. Regardless of the NFL's position that this was totally appropriate (congratulating each other for working well together), I'll bet there's a memo that goes out to officials this week not to do it. The perception of a situation like that is hard to overcome.
I maybe could have agreed if they had called it under the "defenseless player" rule instead of helmet-to-helmet.
Still would have been pushing it a bit though.
