I was able to catch the game on TV last night bc it was on ESPN. Nice to see us have a quality showing on national television. BSUfan, I looked for a man behind the plate that looks like your avatar (as that's how I picture you) but was unsuccessful

assuming arroyo doesnt give up any more home runs this game, he is 2 ahead of his pace last season of giving them up

Of course at this point last year, Arroyo would only go 5 more games the rest of the season without giving a homer up. excluding those 5 games, he averaged 2 homers a game

Statistically speaking, they should have had 28 hits and scored 15 runs this series. The combination of Leake, Latos, and Arroyo, plus the amazing bullpen only allowed 12 hits and 5 runs.

Speaking of our pen, 2nd best ERA in the NL, 3rd most strikeouts in the majors (only 2 behind leader while appearing in 21 less innings), 1st in the NL in ER, hits allowed, and BA against. Tearing shit up.
