i'm thinking brian price. Besides Cueto, who went out on his own to try and get better, every pitcher has regressed. Team ERA of 3.53, while cueto has an ERA of 1.89 and Arroyo has an ERA of 2.63. The other three starters have 3 of the 4 worst ERA's on the team, all over 5
