This would be crazy. That said, I can't see Buffalo trading him away. Although Enroth is playing damn good.

If Buffalo trades THE MILLER to the Ducks I will forever hate them. In fact I will go buy a Brett Hull jersey out of spite.

Ryan Miller for Bobby Ryan and Jonas Hiller??? I'd assume Buffalo would want some goaltending help in return.

That would be crazy.....never thought an idea would even be entertained to trade Miller.....especially this early in his contract.

The Bobby Ryan rumor mill has gotten insane. I gotta say though, if the Ducks have Hiller, why get Miller? I mean, both are dealing with/have dealt with concussions, why bring another guy into the equation? I just don't see this being a fantastic move for the Ducks. If they had no goalie I'd understand, but they need defense more than a great goalie who's currently injured. I could see the Sabres being a good partner for the Ducks, but just not with Millers name being brought up.

Get rid of Miller?
Does anyone really think they would put their faith in Enroth with 30 games NHL experience.Do they think they're the fucking Flyers all of a sudden and just put a warm body between the pipes?

I think a few people besides Miller got their heads woozy from that Lucic hit.

Was thinking the same exact thing. Trade rumors are you usually good for a laugh.

Crazystupidbaddumb idea. To make it work money wise and worthwhile for both teams. The Ducks send Hiller and Ryan and a 2nd round pick to the Sabres, in exchange for Miller and Jochen Hecht. Here’s why it works, the money is comparable if you view each teams cap situation, their contracts basically cancel each other out for the rest of this season. Hechts contract is up at the end of the year and becomes a UFA, freeing up Anaheim 3.5 million in cap space, for them to help rebuild with. They need a lot in Anaheim anyway and Miller can steal games for them while they rebuild. Buffalo ends up with a big power forward type who can light the lamp, and is only 24 years old. They also get a playoff tested goalie. Anyway crazystudipbaddumb idea. Whadda ya think?

I don't see it happening.

Insider said yesterday Krecji would benefit from a change of scenery.

Definitely the clubhouse leader for Johnnie Cochrane memorial post of the day...

What I'm saying is that there are many teams that could benefit with having a guy like Miller on their team, but what benefit would it be to send your future away for Miller alone? Miller isn't what they need most. Hiller is a capable goaltender, and honestly Miller hasn't been the same guy since the Olympics. He could be the #1 guy on nearly all teams, but if you have a capable goalie (and don't they have the rights to Campbell?), why trade a young talented forward to them for another goalie? Miller wouldn't suddenly change things for the Ducks.
