I'd prob. punt it and then 3 timeouts... you can then try to force a punt and tie with a FG. Otherwise you're just forced to get a TD with 0 timeouts anyway assuming TB doesn't just seal it anyway. Punt is the better option. If you can't stop the Bucs the game is over either way. At least this way you get the field position, only need a FG...

One first down wins it for them either way. Correct option is punting... because if you don't get the 4th they auto get a field goal. Now you need 7... and you still have to stop them either way.
