Well, another good game. Lots of chances, could have gone either way.

- Thought the Caps were done after the second. Dominated possession-wise in that period, and losing composure with penalties. But they reset and were good in the third.
- Letang is horrible. Absolutely horrible. The tying goal, what was he doing? Crazy. And the go-ahead... I'm not saying he would have prevented it, but he damndest did his best not to.
- Kessel is nowhere near 100%. Some of those giveaways on the powerplay, and that play to give up the first ENG... not good.

Don't hate the way the Pens are playing. I would still favor them in a single game, but winning two will be tough. Then again... it's the Caps. Will they find a new degree of heartbreak this year?

By the way, this now guarantees Wilson playing another game. If Pens push it to seven, I guarantee one of the following:
- Wilson takes a bad penalty that the Pens score on
- Wilson commits an obvious foul that isn't called, leading to a Caps goal

Highly likely it's both, actually.

Putting Vrana with Ovechkin and Kuznetsov was a great adjustment they look good together.

What is sad if Letang and Dumoulin were swapped on that play this might not have happened. Letang had a better ability to score the goal and Dumoulin had the better ability to stop the goal.

Yeah the Caps and for sure their fans want no part of a Game 7. I kept quiet during all the Tom Wilson talk, silently laughing at the Washington radio guys who somehow tried to claim it was a clean hit. But now that 3rd game is looking pretty important. I saw 1 game for sure, I thought it deserved 2 when you factor in history. But 3 was overkill and it will hurt.

I must have backed up and re-watched that series at the 5:00 mark starting with the Holtby save and ending with the Vrada goal about 10 times last night, watched again just now.
