I tried to stick it out there for about a week after the change, but it was not worth the struggle. Glad you finally caved!

The nice thing is there are next to zero trolls (actually not any like the idiots we'd get on ESPN), but there also aren't a lot of well populated boards for the other teams. You miss out on some of the good back and forth you would get with Angels fans. Of course the ESPN boards lack that now too.

They were just talking about how goofy Wash is on the Ticket, and I realized he is the black Yogi Berra. He has all the baseball isms that he throws around and he doesn't give a rip about what the media thinks of him. Love it!

The format change killed it. What was really bad was they launched the new boards with a ton of bugs, so people were never going to give them a chance. I think ESPN is banking that they will somehow replace the loyal posters that they lost over the next so many months. I don't see it. They will take years to build up a loyal following again.

Heck. I don't even hit up the Cowboys board there, and the one on here is pretty paltry as far as following.

The entire Bengals board, minus a few trolls who registered and were banned immediately, moved here. I never posted a lot on ESPN but noticed quite a few dedicated Ranger's posters here so I thought I'd jump in and add my two cents here and there. I'm a White Sox fan (nobody else seems to post here for them) but have been a Nolan Ryan fan since I was a young kid and my buddy is on the Rangers roster now so I find myself following them pretty closely.

I think tonight's game if there is rain will be 9-4 for the Rangers. No rain- 3-2 Tigers. JV can't locate well in poor weather, like most other pitchers, and the Rangers can't be beat without good location.
