we were great when the starters were in but we let off the gas way too early and Tulsa outscored us 21-7

we can't be doing this. We can't afford to let off that early or we're going to have another Nevada situation, a team like TCU will come back and beat us if we do what we did last night. Plus it doesn't help us in the polls to only win by 20 when we should have won by 34 or more.

We had issues even with the starters. Still problems with tackling, a poor running attack and issues with ball handling.

As for the polls, it was only a difference of 6 with respect to furd. We might have gotten dinged for the poor showing by the MWC as much as anything else we did.

San Diego State failed completely

Colorado State did a good job making up for last week by beating Utah State.

Wyoming played well with Nebraska.

the bottom feeders hurt.

but the running game has to improve, so does the tackling.

Even though it hurts the conference SOS I am laughing at SDSU's expense given the act of many of their fans this summer that the conference title was going to run through SDS this year and BSU had no idea just how pitiful they were going to be in a 'real conference'

San Diego State has fallen to also-ran in the conference, I wouldn't be surprised if they lost to Wyoming and Colorado State.
