Aaron Rodgers hurt his left calf (achilles) last year and was out all season.
What is not often talked about is Rodgers tore his other calf last year in May. The year off may have "rescued" his right calf.
He has been having trouble with both calves since 2014.
What are the chances he comes in and is immediately NFL ready?
What are the chances he can play without further injury after 10 years of problems?

Think Rodgers is taking this part of his career seriously?

"Most people know that smoking is linked to heart and lung diseases, as well as to several cancers. However, you may not be aware that smoking also has a serious negative effect on bones, muscles, tendons, and joints, and that smoking often leads to poorer outcomes from orthopaedic surgery."

He's building his next career fueling conspiracy nut jobs. He's seen how much money that guy made torturing the Sand Hook families and wants in. He probably thinks he's smart enough to not cross the line and lose it all in law suits.

For the record, I do believe some conspiracy theories have some valid points worth discussing, just not obsessing.

He's certainly got the NY media's attention and of course they've more than nibbled the bait.

The guy is 40. Has a net worth of $200M+. My guess here is that it's more ego than anything else. How do I keep everyone looking at me? This football thing could be over any minute. How do I hold on to what I have??

James Brown hit a hole in one and won a Mastercraft X-4 speedboat worth $200,000 at the same tournament where Rogers is puffing the stogie.

How long could you make $200M last??

Looks like the Dolphins had a pretty easy schedule in 2023. Eleven games against non-playoff teams?

Can anyone explain how and why the two Superbowl teams end up with schedules that barely break .500? If anything, they should not be playing any team with a record of below .500 unless that team is in their own division.

2024 NFL strength of schedule listed from hardest to easiest, based on opponents' 2023 winning percentages:

  • 1. Browns .547
  • 2. Ravens .536
  • 3. Steelers .533
  • T-4. Packers .526
  • T-4. Texans .526
  • T-6. Bills .516
  • T-6. Giants .516

The opponents are set by a formula. I have explained it many time!

They made the playoffs both years. Injuries derailed them both times - they almost beat the Bills in 2022 in the playoffs though with Skylar Thompson at QB, and last year they had a slew of injuries down the stretch that prevented them from winning the division and they had to go to Arrowhead to face the Chiefs in the playoffs and the Chiefs went on to win the Super Bowl. I would hardly call the last two seasons for the Dolphins failures - they’ve had good teams and should be a good team once again. Plus the Bills look weaker this year, the Jets are untrustworthy and unknown and I don’t see the Pats competing for the division crown unless their O somehow becomes a lot better. So I think the Fins will win the division. But who knows at this point how things will turn out really.
Dolphins are losing linebackers like a kid with a hole in his pocket!

"The injuries to Phillips and Chubb likely correlate to Miami’s 2024 first-round draft pick, linebacker Chop Robinson. In addition to selecting the Penn State product with the 21st overall pick, Miami double-downed in the department and added edge rusher Mohamed Kamara from Colorado State in the fifth round.

Also, veteran edges Andrew Van Ginkel and Emmanuel Ogbah are no longer in Miami, and the interior defensive tackle Christian Wilkins is in Las Vegas with the Raiders."

Rodgers was ‘sacked’ on back-to-back snaps during one possession and later one more time in the red zone during a stalled move-the-ball drill,” Dunleavy wrote.

“Rodgers was angry with teammates — barking and emphatically gesturing — as the offense struggled.”

And the HC said yesterday that Rogers will not play in the first two preseason games.

Rogers reply? "It has not been discussed with me."

Mini series to continue.
