The Buffalo quarterbacks in this game got beat up pretty well. Josh Allen scrambled out of the pocket once late in the first frame, and head coach Sean McDermott was done with that after the first quarter. Mitchell Trubisky and Shane Buechele took the brunt of the hits, with Buechele getting sacked six times and frequently running for his life around the backfield. Three of the top five runners in the game were the quarterbacks.

The Jets are the NFL’s most chaotic team

The New York Jets are built on hypotheticals. But it might just work.

Let's be honest. Every year the New York Media (largest and most vocal)declare that this is the year that the Jets will storm the castle and raise the Green and White banner. Every year they rip the coaching staff and select players to shreds. 2024 is no different. They have the oldest QB in the league, coming off a torn Archille's and sat out quite a bit of training camp and will not play in any preseason games.

Jets open the season against one of the fastest and hardest hitting defenses in the NFL. The San Francisco 49ers. Aaron Rogers first game and contact since September 8, 2023 will be against them. Just how much running can a 42 year old man do after a year away? That's only one problem...............................

MORE INJURY PROBLEMS (Miami)

Harlow became the second offensive lineman in two preseason games to go down with a season-ending knee injury, his occurring when Mike White fell on the side of his knee while he was being sacked by the Washington Commanders on Saturday night. Harlow had signed with the Dolphins on August 3.

Snead, the veteran with 103 career games and 48 starts, also was a newcomer, having signed with Miami on July 31. There was no clear indication when he got injured during the preseason game against the Washington Commanders.

Harlow and Snead became the fifth and sixth players on injured reserve, joining WR Tahj Washington, T Kion Smith, EDGE Cam Brown and EDGE Grayson Murphy.

Vandenburgh was looking to make the roster after missing his entire rookie season with a knee injury.

Have some faith. Going down would be losing one position in NFL table. Going up, there seem to be many opportunities.

ESPON commentator casually called the New York Jets a Super Bowl Contender in the same breath that he was talking about the Kansas City Chiefs and49ers possibly facing each other.

"The chiefs and 49ers could be back in the Super Bowl this year, if the Chiefs can get by the Jets."
First two work out of my mouth were "F*ck Me"!!
