Apparently, UCF stands for "You CAN finish!"
It’s rare that a player transfers from one school, then returns to that same school. Even rarer? When the preceding happens, and the player decides to transfer yet again.
That, though, is the situation for Zach Kline, who took to Twitter Thursday night to announce that he has decided to, yet again, transfer from Cal. In his social media missive, Kline explained that “playing in the Spring Game inspired me to try to use my final year of eligibility to play elsewhere as a graduate transfer.
Thursday night, Marquise Doherty confirmed to Rivals.com that he has decided to transfer out of the Mizzou football program and drop down to an unnamed junior college. The running back told the recruiting website that it “wasn’t any one thing” that led to his decision, although he said moving forward that he will focus on baseball wherever he lands at the JUCO level.
The latest to leave his original college football home is Darious Crawley, who announced Thursday that he has decided to transfer out of the Kansas program. The wide receiver made the announcement on Twitter, although that tweet is no longer available.
On Twitter Friday, Amoako announced that he has decided to continue his collegiate playing career at Minnesota. As Amoako’s last collegiate stop was at the FCS level, and he’s a graduate, the defensive back will be eligible to play for the Gophers immediately in 2016.

University of Central Florida president John Hitt pitched his Orlando-based school as being an ideal fit for an expanding Big 12 last month in a letter to Oklahoma State president Burns Hargis. The letter also included a report the university commissioned that compared itself and the city of Orlando, Fla., favorably to Cincinnati and UConn.

Alabama safety Shawn Burgess-Becker (Pompano Beach, Fla./Monarch) is transferring out of Alabama, as first-reported by 247Sports.com.
Burgess-Becker played as a true freshman last fall recording three tackles on special teams.
He would have to sit out this season due to NCAA transfer rules.
That would be the weekend the Trees host the Irish in an odd numbered year. Perhaps this is a new tradition on the farm.
Monday, Kendell Jones‘ father confirmed to both SECCountry.com and al.com that his son failed to qualify academically at UA and will not enroll. Instead, the defensive tackle is headed to an unspecified junior college.
Auburn released Monday an updated amendment to Malzahn’s coaching contract, with said amendment extending Malzahn through Dec. 31 of 2020. The head coach’s most recent contract, a six-year extension agreed upon in December of 2013 on the eve of the SEC championship game, was scheduled to run through Dec. 31 of 2019.
Malzahn was paid $4.1 million in 2015 according to the USA Today coaching salary database. Al.com wrote that, “nder the terms of the new agreement, Malzahn will make $4.725 million per year through Dec. 31, 2020.”
