But I thought that this is a thread where people could post everything they ate that day. If you're looking to lose weight, it would be some sort of record, or if you just wanted to tell others about the awesome food you ate today, you could do that too:suds:. Of course, if it feels invasive for whatever reason, you don't have to post.

  • 2 slices of Grotto's pizza
  • 6 homemade quesadillas with 6-blend cheese
  • About to eat two soy burgers, maybe a couple more quesadillas

Lunch: I went to a buffet with wifey, I ate a little of everything, mainly pot roast, fried chicken and mashed taters.
Dinner: One of those big ass microwave beef and cheese burritos, with Glen Fiddich Single Malt Scotch and Ice(I'm having more of that as I type.)

P.S. Today was cheat day.

I'm making kind of an on the spot stir fry with fried carrots, cucumbers, celery, garlic, jasmine rice, and chicken marinated in soy sauce with some szechuan stir fry sauce. I don't know if it will be the best but it should be good enough.

How do you make protein whole wheat pancakes?

1 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4tsp baking soda
1tbsp cinnamon
1/4tsp salt
1 tbsp. splenda
1 scoops protein powder

2 eggs
12oz milk(adds protein) although I use almond though bc im lactose intolerance

I usually use unsweetened applesauce(put some splenda in it) like 1 of the pre filled store containers in place of syrup

Including the applesauce

That whole thing I just typed gives you
780 calories
51% carbs-102g
27%protein-53g
22% fat-19g

add a second scoop of protein and
900 calories
45%carbs-103 g
34% protein-77g
21%fat-21g

obviously huge meal, I eat 3200 calories a day and make these religiously on the weekends, but no sugars......good fats, better carbs, and a good shot of protein for pancakes
