I'd rather live in Alaska than this horrible liberal state.

I've been to Alaska and, honestly the people were amazing.

I'd live there before just about any American state (if I HAD to move to the states; I'm happy to remain in Canada).

I love people who say "If you don't like it here, move to X!"

Yes, because freedom of speech and a national dialogue that encourages change are not two of the things this country was founded on.

This is a big part of why I've never been the most patriotic fucker you could meet.

OK WAIT.

Three pages in and I just noticed that Africa is not even on there! Come on. There are plenty of shitty things to say about Africa.

Just wait til you move to Mass. You'll see liberalism at it's finest. :(

Yea I know, but at least I'll be closer to my teams. And Mass. has much more to do than this shitty state.

Perhaps a bit of subtle social commentary on how Africa may as well not even exist according to Americans?

I could think of a few things to make my own map, but I'm going to not share it.

This is why I hate unpatriotic Americans. If people are so disgusted there are plenty of 3rd world countries that would welcome you with open arms! We worry WAY TOO fuckin much about what other countries think. I for one don't think anyone I know including myself think about other countries this way, I would like to think we are more educated than that.

yep yep yep, this country is over populated, if you dont like it please feel free to GTFO >=D

I agree with this, though only if my religious views are homogeneous with yours. ;)

I think the point of this graphic is not so much that people don't like it here and should move elsewhere (agree, Loki, stupid argument), but that Americans are frequently unaware of the world around us. There are a lot of perfectly fine, self-serving reasons for that, but in a country that has the financial resources and higher education that we do, it is a little sad.
